Returns
Returns are accepted if the return claim is filed within THIRTY days of the purchase date. Many of our guidelines about product returns and refunds coincide with many other companies within the industry. Some may vary so please read them carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about your purchase or need help to decern if an item will fit properly on you or your motorcycle please call us. We are here to help. Return Policy
- Returned products must be in NEW/UNUSED condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. This means if your item was shipped in a box, within a box, within another box; it needs to be packaged and shipped back in the same manner.
- Once your return is received and inspected by Ak Cycles(usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
- We do not wire transfer refunds for security reasons. We can only give store credit or issue a refund through a PayPal account if you purchased directly through your bank.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to AK Cycles.
- Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar items with the intention of returning the majority of your order. We hold the right to not issue a refund if this is abused. If you are unsure about what to order whether its the size or product fitment for your bike please give us a call. We would be glad to help.
What is considered “Unused”
We use common sense here people. If you took a product out for a ride, tried to put it on your bike, or even just wore it out around town on your “hot” date, it is USED. We do not want to accept a used item because we want to be difficult. It is, in fact, the opposite. We want to provide the best shopping experience for all our customers. How would you feel if you ordered a new set of brake pads that arrived to you dirty and wrapped in tape or a windscreen covered in bugs? Would you second guess if the “new” product you just ordered is really new? These are the things we keep in mind when dealing with returns.
- Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
- Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal is broken is non-returnable.
- Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
- Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.
- Open-box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
- Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original tags. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned to the customer.
- Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box, with all original packaging materials and include all original paperwork and accessories.
- Un-used items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Restock Fees
- Restock fees are associated with any item you order. We do not issue a full refund even if the item is unused/never opened. Some exceptions may vary on an item. The amount charged for restock also varies upon the item you purchased.
